There are several ways to order. You may use our convenient secure on-line order form, print out our order form and mail it to us (see question below for how to do this), or you may order by telephone during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM CST).

- How do I place an order by mail?
You can go through the order process online WITHOUT actually placing your order. Select all the items you would like, making sure to include any coupons or discounts. When you get to the "VERIFY YOUR ORDER" page, print & mail us this page. It will show your entire order, including what your shipping will be so that you will know the total cost of your order when you purchase your Money Order or Cashier's Check. DO NOT CLICK "CHECKOUT" AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO EMAIL JUDAICA FOR KIDS YOUR ORDER. Please see below which forms of payment we accept. Thank you!

- What form of payment do you accept?
Our goal is to get your order filled & to you as quickly as possible. We can accomplish this when you help us by paying with your Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Order and/or Cashier's Check.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within a week; but please allow 14 days for delivery. Custom or special orders may take longer depending on the product. JudaicaForKids.com allows you to choose the carrier and the length of time you want to receive your order. Please note that orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Military Bases may take longer to arrive.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING SERVICE is available. Please contact our office during business hours for details.
JudaicaForKids.com is an environmentally conscious company. We use recycled shipping products whenever possible.
- Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! The customer is responsible for shipping (determined by weight), insurance and any customs charges on either end of the sale. You may estimate that shipping charges will be about 1/3 of the cost of your order. PLEASE NOTE: We always choose to ship via the 7-14 day rate; however, there have often been delays of up to 28 days and so, kindly place your order with this in mind.
- How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping fees are always based on the weight of your package.
- What is your Customer Satisfaction/Return Policy?
We want you to be satisfied with our products. Items may be returned to us within 30 days of your purchase, postage prepaid, for a refund. Items must be returned in salable condition. CD's and DVDs must be returned unwrapped. Shrink wrapped items must be returned in their original wrapping, with the exception of defective products. Books may not be returned, due to the fact that they may show obvious signs of use and may not be able to be sold again. Items should be sent to:

- Why do you have a restocking fee?
A restocking fee is the amount of money which is not refunded if an item is returned. Please note that this fee is not an additional fee on top of the purchase price. A standard restocking fee of 15% of the product price is only charged on non-defective, non-fault returns that are returned in satisfactory condition, and which are received after our 30 day return terms expire. You can avoid a restocking fee by returning unused items within 30 days of purchase.
- If an item I want is back ordered, how long can I expect to wait before JudaicaForKids.com gets it back in stock?
Items that are back ordered will usually arrive within 14 days. If you have a specific deadline by which you need the items, please note that at the bottom of the Checkout Page in the Special Instructions section.
- How are Custom or Special Orders processed?
JudaicaForKids.com will gladly place a Custom or Special Order on your behalf. Kindly, we request that 50% of the total price be placed down at the time of ordering and the remaining 50% at the time of shipping. Please contact our buyers at buyer@judaicaforkids.com if you have any questions.
- Does Judaica For Kids have a print catalog?
Not at this time. In order to keep costs low, images of our products are available exclusively on our web site.
- What if I don’t see the item for which I am looking?
Send us a message at buyer@judaicaforkids.com. Please describe the item for which you are looking and we will do our best to locate it for you.
- Whom should I contact if I have a product I want Judaica For Kids to sell on their web site?
